From Student of the Year to her recent hit Raazi, Alia has come a long way in the entertainment industry. With just 10 films, the actress has established a huge fan base not only in India, but across the globe. At a young age of 25, Alia already is ruling the box office with a staggering collection of over Rs 691 crore through her films. This business is sufficient enough to make her the most successful actress in her age group.

The actress has two Rs 100 crore films – 2 States and Badrinath Ki Dulhania. Apart from enjoying humongous success at the ticket windows, Alia has also won Filmfare Award for Best Actress for her extraordinary portrayal in Udta Punjab and Highway. On the work front, Alia Bhatt is currently shooting for Kalank. The period drama is directed by 2 States director Abhishek Varman and also features Varun Dhawan, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Aditya Roy Kapur and Sonakshi Sinha in pivotal roles. The film is set to hit the screens on April 19, 2019. Post-Kalank, Alia will be seen in Brahmastra opposite her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. Made on a lavish budget of Rs 100 crore, the film is directed by Ayan Mukerji and also stars Amitabh Bachchan and Mouni Roy in key roles. The fantasy flick will release on August 15 next year during the Independence day weekend. Interestingly, both the films are bankrolled by Dharma Productions.
