Kareena Kapoor Khan stunned the world when she flaunted her sexy midriff at the trailer launch of her film Veere Di Wedding. In this video posted by the actress’ trainer Namrata Purohit, you can see Kareena do pilates. She captions the video, “In sync with #Kareena.. Feet in straps… we are working on our deep stabilisers, our core (including the pelvic floor), adductors, quadriceps as well as glutes and hamstrings! The exercise is relaxing and challenging at the same time!”
At the trailer launch of Veere Di Wedding, Kareena had shared her plans of how she will take forward her career. She had said, “Right now I want this movie to release. I wanted to be a part of (Veere Di Wedding) and I am happy about it. I haven’t thought about what I’m going to do next. Let’s see! Taimur is just 16 months old so I want to spend more time with him. After the release of this film, I will take three months’ time to decide my next project. But I promise to do at least one or two films a year.” We hope she lives up to her promise.
In the latest, Kareena’s upcoming film Veere Di Wedding will clash with Harshvardhan Kapoor’s Bhavesh Joshi Superhero on June 1. Don’t forget that Harshvardhan’s sister Sonam Kapoor stars in VDW. Bhavesh Joshi Superhero was earlier scheduled to hit the screens on May 25. The makers believe June 1 is a better date from a distributional point of view. It has a greater audience potential and is a safe distance away from holdover Hindi and English releases.
